Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArtShiMedia, a streaming platform for independent film operated by ShiStudios ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Accounts

You need an account to watch content on ArtShiMedia. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and you must be old enough to legally form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

2. Access to content

Every film and series on ArtShiMedia is available to watch for free with a registered account. Optional supporter subscriptions, when available, provide additional perks (such as an ad-free experience or supporter badges) but are never required to access the core film library.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content on the platform, except as the streaming player itself allows for personal viewing
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or content-protection features
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to ArtShiMedia
• Upload or submit content you don't have the rights to distribute
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our prior written permission

4. Creator submissions

If you submit a film, series, trailer, or related materials to ArtShiMedia as a filmmaker or rights holder ("Creator Content"), you retain ownership of your work. By submitting Creator Content, you grant ShiStudios a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, and display that content on ArtShiMedia for as long as it remains published on the platform. You represent that you own the rights to everything you submit, or have permission from the rights holder to distribute it through ArtShiMedia, and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's rights.

We review submissions before they go live and reserve the right to decline, remove, or request changes to any submission at our discretion, including after publication.

5. Supporter subscriptions and purchases

Where enabled, supporter subscriptions and store purchases are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Subscription terms (billing frequency, cancellation) are presented at the time of purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your Account page at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

6. Reviews and user content

If you post a review, rating, or other content on ArtShiMedia, you're responsible for it. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise determine, at our discretion, is inappropriate for the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

ArtShiMedia is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform, and we're not responsible for the views, opinions, or content expressed in films submitted by independent Creators — those belong to their creators, not to ShiStudios.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShiStudios won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ArtShiMedia.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ArtShiMedia after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
